What types of insurance are accepted?
We are in-network with most insurance providers, including Medicare and SC Medicaid: Medicare, Medicare – Railroad, Medicare Supplements, Medicaid, AARP, Absolute Total Care, Aetna, Ambetter (Centene), BCBS, BCBS HealthyBlue Medicaid, ChampVA, Cigna, Devoted Health (PPO only), First Choice, HealthSpring (Cigna Medicare Advantage), Humana, Molina Healthcare of SC, Mutual of Omaha, Optum Care Network, Select Health of SC, TRICARE / TRICARE for Life, United Healthcare, United Medical Resources (UMR), USAA, VA – Community Care Network (referral required), Wellcare, and self-pay.
Will my insurance cover your services?
While the primary responsibility for coverage lies with you, we will assist in verifying if we are in-network with your insurer. We recommend contacting your insurance company’s customer service department for policy and benefits verification.
What is the self-pay fee schedule?
We offer transparent self-pay pricing for patients without insurance. Call us at 864-365-6405 and we’ll walk you through the current fee schedule for exams, biopsies, and procedures. Under federal law, self-pay and uninsured patients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before their visit. Just ask when scheduling.
Are there any trip fees for home visits?
No, we do not charge any trip fees for our services.

How do I become a patient?
We are currently accepting new patients! Call 864-365-6405 or visit our Book an Appointment page to schedule your skin exam.
In what cities are patients seen?
We see patients across Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, and Laurens counties, including Anderson, Greenville, Easley, Clemson, Simpsonville, Belton, Pendleton, Williamston, and surrounding communities.
How do I reschedule an appointment?
Please call our patient care center at 864-365-6405 for convenient appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please notify us as soon as you realize you’ll be unable to make your appointment. Please note that multiple missed appointments can lead to patient discharge.
Do you offer late evening or weekend appointments?
Our regular hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you need an appointment beyond these hours, call 864-365-6405 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring a family member or friend to my appointment?
Yes, you are always welcome to have a family member, friend, or caregiver with you for support.

Who will I see?
A licensed nurse practitioner trained in skin care. A supervising physician (MD) may be consulted as needed; most visits are NP-only.
Do you offer lab services?
Yes, we partner with multiple local labs specialized in dermatopathology to meet all your skin diagnostic needs.
What limitations exist to your services in the home setting?
A vast majority of dermatological concerns can be addressed effectively during our visits. However, certain treatments and procedures require specialized equipment or a controlled clinical environment. These limitations prioritize patient safety, uphold medical standards, and support the best possible outcome. If you need a service outside our scope, our care team will gladly help you schedule with one of our partnering dermatology offices.
How can I get a prescription refill?
Call our office at 864-365-6405 or send us a message through the patient portal to request a refill.
