Your visit, step by step
Before your visit
We confirm your appointment time, location, and insurance. Have your photo ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications handy.
During your visit
Your provider performs the exam, answers questions without rushing, and can take biopsies or treat lesions on the spot. A family member or friend is always welcome.
After your visit
We follow up with results, prescriptions, and a clear treatment plan, coordinated through our office and secure patient portal.
What to have ready
A few simple things help your visit go smoothly, for yourself or a loved one you’re helping care for.

- ✓List of current medications and allergies
- ✓Notes on any spots, moles, or rashes you’ve noticed changing
- ✓A family member or caregiver, if you’d like support
Rescheduling & missed visits
Need to change your appointment? Call our patient care center at 864-365-6405 for convenient cancellations and rescheduling.
We understand unforeseen circumstances arise. Please let us know as soon as you realize you can’t make your appointment. Multiple missed appointments may lead to patient discharge.
After-hours care
Need a time beyond regular hours? Call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For urgent concerns, leave a voicemail and we’ll return your call promptly. In a medical emergency, dial 911.
We’re in-network with most insurance providers
Including Medicare and SC Medicaid. Self-pay options are also available.
*VA Community Care Network requires a referral. While coverage responsibility lies with the patient, we’ll gladly help verify whether we’re in-network with your insurer. For self-pay pricing, call us at 864-365-6405. Self-pay and uninsured patients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before their visit. Just ask when scheduling.
